Attorney Matthew P. Mastrogiacomo

      Attorney Mastrogiacomo founded The Mastrogiacomo Law Office, P.A. in  June 2013. As a litigator, he concentrates his practice in  landlord/tenant law, civil and criminal litigation, healthcare law,  divorce, family law, adoption, and personal injury.

       Prior to opening The Mastrogiacomo Law Office, Mr. Mastrogiacomo  practiced for nearly 12 years and was a shareholder in a medium sized  Lewiston law firm. Prior to that, he worked in the Cumberland County  District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney intern. He  also worked as a summer intern for the Maine Supreme Judicial Court  Sentencing Project. 

      Mr. Mastrogiacomo is heavily involved in the Androscoggin County  Community and has served on several non-profit and community boards  including the Androscoggin County Headstart, City of Lewiston Planning  Board, United Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross, Auburn-Lewiston  Rotary Club and is the former President of the Androscoggin County Bar  Association. He is a current boardmember at Sandcastle Clinical and  Educational Services.  He is also the former Public Administrator for  Androscoggin County and is a frequent lecturer on landlord-tenant law.

     Mr. Mastrogiacomo is an avid fisherman and boater and lives in Poland, with his wife, Carrie and daughter, Mia.
